You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, or transmit any website content or product designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent from us.

2. Handcrafted Product Variations Disclaimer

Every set of SENTIA press-on nails is meticulously handcrafted by our master nail artists.

Because each product is a unique piece of wearable art, slight variations in color, pattern, and minor handcrafting details may occur.
Furthermore, product colors may appear slightly different in person due to photographic lighting sources or individual monitor settings. These minor variations are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

3. Casting Kit & Material Safety Disclaimer

Our 1:1 Casting Kit is designed with high-quality, body-safe materials. However, individual skin sensitivities vary.

Allergy Warning: If you have extremely sensitive skin or a known allergy to silicone, dental-grade molding materials, or adhesives, please perform a small patch test before full use.
Liability: SENTIA press-on nails shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or injuries resulting from the misuse of the Casting Kit, failure to follow instructions, or individual skin sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

4. Limitation of Liability for Shipping and Customs

While we ship via premium Air Express with an estimated delivery of 5-7 business days, SENTIA press-on nails is not responsible for:

Delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local postal strikes, or severe weather conditions.
Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed lost or stolen by the recipient.
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
