Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SENTIA press-on nails. We are dedicated to crafting the ultimate luxury, 1:1 bespoke press-on nails tailored exclusively to your unique nail beds.

Because every set of our nails is custom-made to order based on your physical 1:1 molds, our production process involves meticulous handcrafting and personalized design. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom-Made & Bespoke Nature

All SENTIA press-on nails are individually custom-developed and handcrafted to fit your exact measurements. Because these products are personalized and cannot be resold to other customers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than manufacturing quality issues.

This non-refundable policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the design anymore").
  • Incorrect sizing due to customer error during the self-casting process (please follow our 1:1 Casting Kit instructions carefully!).
  • Slight variations in color due to screen resolution or the hand-painted nature of our products (each set of SENTIA nails is a unique piece of art).

2. Quality Issues & Damaged Items

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and conduct strict quality checks before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, we are committed to making it right.

  • Eligibility for Return/Remake: Only items with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., broken nails upon arrival, incorrect design/color sent by our studio, or structural defects).
  • Time Limit: You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package (based on the tracking delivery date).
  • How to File a Claim:
    1. Email us at support@sentiapressonnails.com or message us on WhatsApp at +86 13689543806.
    2. Provide your Order Number.
    3. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the quality issue or damage, alongside the original packaging.

3. Resolution for Quality Issues

Once our team verifies the quality issue, we will offer one of the following solutions at no extra cost to you:

  • Free Remake & Replacement: We will prioritize handcrafting a brand-new replacement set of SENTIA nails and ship it to you.
  • Partial or Full Refund: If a remake is not feasible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Casting Kit: Once the SENTIA 1:1 Casting Kit has been shipped, the kit portion of your order is non-refundable.
  • Custom Nails: You may cancel your custom nail order for a full refund only before we begin the handcrafting process (i.e., before you send back your physical molds or before we confirm your design). Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.
