This website is operated by SENTIA press-on nails. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SENTIA press-on nails. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - CUSTOM-MADE & BESPOKE PRODUCTS (STRICT NO-RETURN POLICY)

SENTIA press-on nails specializes in luxury, 1:1 bespoke, and handcrafted press-on nails tailored to your physical nail molds.

Customization: Because each set of nails is custom-developed and handcrafted based on your individual measurements, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges: We strictly enforce a NO-RETURN, NO-EXCHANGE, and NO-REFUND policy for any non-quality issues (including but not limited to: change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect sizing due to customer errors during the self-casting process).
Quality Issues: In the rare event of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@sentiapressonnails.com or WhatsApp +86 13689543806 with clear photo/video evidence.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF SIZING & CASTING KIT

Our custom nails rely entirely on the 1:1 physical molds created by you using our Casting Kit.

You agree to carefully follow the instructions provided in the SENTIA Casting Kit.
We are not responsible for any ill-fitting nails resulting from incorrect casting, inaccurate measurements, or improper application by the customer.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Method: All custom orders are shipped via premium Air Express.
Timeline: Shipping takes approximately 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. This does not include the handcrafted production time required to create your bespoke nails.
Delays: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, severe weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All nail designs, images, graphics, logos, and text on this website are the intellectual property of SENTIA press-on nails. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without express written permission from us.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall SENTIA press-on nails, our directors, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA .
